광고 제공, 빈도 조절, 부정 이용 방지 및 광고 성과 측정을 위해 광고 식별자, 기기 정보, 앱 이용 정보, 광고 노출 및 클릭 정보가 사용될 수 있습니다.
맞춤형 광고 및 동의 메시지는 관련 법령, Google 정책 및 사용자의 기기 설정에 따라 제한되거나 변경될 수 있습니다.
9. 제3자 서비스
회사는 Firebase(Google), Google AdMob, Unity Ads(Android 앱), OpenAI API, OpenWeather, Zoho(이메일), App Store·Google Play 결제 등 제3자 서비스를 사용하여 계정, 광고, AI 처리, 날씨, 이메일, 결제 기능을 제공합니다.
제3자 서비스 사용 과정에서 데이터가 국외에 위치한 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
외부 API, SDK, 광고 네트워크 또는 결제 플랫폼의 장애, 지연, 정책 변경으로 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
10. 금지 행위
불법 콘텐츠 게시, 타인의 권리 침해, 허위 정보 입력, 서비스 악용 행위를 금지합니다.
자동화된 데이터 수집, 크롤링, 리버스 엔지니어링, 서비스 무단 변조 또는 보안 우회 행위를 금지합니다.
회사의 서버, 네트워크, AI 시스템, 결제 시스템 또는 광고 시스템에 과도한 부하를 주는 행위를 금지합니다.
타인의 계정을 무단으로 사용하거나 타인을 사칭하는 행위를 금지합니다.
불쾌하거나 해로운 콘텐츠와 다른 사용자를 괴롭히는 행위는 허용하지 않습니다. 사용자는 콘텐츠를 신고하거나 작성자를 차단할 수 있으며, 회사는 신고를 24시간 안에 검토해 콘텐츠를 지우고 규칙을 어긴 사용자의 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
11. 지식재산권
서비스의 소프트웨어, 디자인, 브랜드, 로고, 화면 구성, 데이터베이스 및 콘텐츠에 관한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.
사용자는 회사의 사전 동의 없이 서비스 또는 콘텐츠를 복제, 배포, 판매, 대여, 수정하거나 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
사용자가 직접 입력한 꿈 기록과 메모의 권리는 원칙적으로 사용자에게 있습니다.
12. 서비스 변경 및 중단
회사는 서비스 개선, 보안, 운영상 필요, 법령 또는 플랫폼 정책 변경에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
서버 장애, 네트워크 장애, 외부 API 장애, 천재지변, 보안 사고 또는 기타 불가항력적 사유로 서비스 이용이 일시적으로 제한될 수 있습니다.
중요한 변경이 있는 경우 회사는 앱 내 공지, 이메일 또는 기타 적절한 방법으로 안내할 수 있습니다.
13. 면책 및 책임 제한
회사는 AI 분석 결과의 정확성, 완전성, 특정 목적 적합성을 보장하지 않습니다.
사용자는 AI 결과와 서비스 정보를 본인의 판단과 책임 하에 이용해야 합니다.
회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 사용자의 선택, 행동, 손해 또는 제3자 서비스 장애로 인한 문제에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
These Terms set out the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and service conditions between Faylum (the “Company”) and users in connection with the use of the Known. service.
2. Account and Eligibility
The service is available to users aged 14 or older. If the law of the user’s country of residence sets a higher age (for example, 16 in some European countries), the user must be at least that age. Users must also comply with the laws and regulations of their country or region of residence.
If the date of birth entered when creating a profile shows the user is under 14, sign-up does not continue.
Users must provide accurate and current information and must not use another person's information without permission.
3. Service Features
Known. offers dream journaling, AI dream reflections, stories and images, sleep records and reports, alarms, watch apps, features shared between users such as World and Dream Sync, free use supported by ads, and a paid subscription (Known Pass) and Dream Orbs.
Features may vary depending on device, region, language, subscription status, network conditions, and external API availability.
The Company may change features, screens, pricing, and delivery methods for improvement, security, or operational reasons.
4. AI Analysis and Limitations
AI features process dream content and other necessary information with the OpenAI API only if the user agrees, to create results.
AI analysis results are reference information intended to support self-understanding and entertainment, and may not always be accurate or complete.
AI results do not replace medical diagnosis, psychological counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional judgment.
For health, mental health, safety, or emergency matters, users should seek help from qualified professionals or local emergency services.
5. User-Entered Content
Dream records, notes, emotions, tags, birth information, and other text entered by users are user-created content.
Users must not enter another person's personal information, unnecessary sensitive information, illegal content, hateful content, violent content, or content that infringes rights.
The Company may process user-entered content as necessary to provide the service, perform AI analysis, maintain backups, ensure security, resolve errors, improve quality, and comply with law.
Users keep the rights to content they share in World and elsewhere, and allow the Company to display and translate it within the service as needed. When a user deletes it, it stops being shared.
6. Weather and Location
The weather feature uses location only if the user allows location access.
Location is used only to get the day's weather. It is not stored on our servers or used to track where the user goes.
Users can turn off location access at any time in their device settings.
7. Paid Features and Payments
Subscriptions (Known Pass) and Dream Orbs are paid through the App Store or Google Play.
Prices, billing periods, free trials, auto-renewal and cancellation follow what is shown on the purchase screen and each store's terms and policies.
A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled in the store account's subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds and payment cancellations follow each store's refund policy.
The Company may display Google AdMob ads (and Unity Ads in the Android app) to support service operation.
Advertising identifiers, device information, app usage information, ad impressions, and clicks may be used for ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, and performance measurement.
Personalized ads and consent messages may be restricted or changed according to applicable laws, Google policies, and the user's device settings.
9. Third-Party Services
The Company uses third-party services such as Firebase (Google), Google AdMob, Unity Ads (Android app), the OpenAI API, OpenWeather, Zoho (email), and App Store and Google Play payments to provide accounts, ads, AI processing, weather, email and payments.
Data may be processed on servers located outside the user's country when third-party services are used.
Some features may be limited due to failures, delays, or policy changes of external APIs, SDKs, ad networks, or payment platforms.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Posting illegal content, infringing the rights of others, entering false information, or abusing the service is prohibited.
Automated data collection, crawling, reverse engineering, unauthorized modification of the service, or bypassing security measures is prohibited.
Users must not place excessive load on the Company's servers, networks, AI systems, payment systems, or advertising systems.
Unauthorized use of another person's account or impersonation is prohibited.
Objectionable or harmful content and abuse of other users are not tolerated. Users can report content or block its author, and the Company reviews reports within 24 hours and may remove content and restrict users who break the rules.
11. Intellectual Property
Rights to the service software, design, brand, logo, screen composition, databases, and content belong to the Company or lawful owners.
Users may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, modify, or commercially use the service or content without the Company's prior consent.
Rights to dream records and notes directly entered by users generally belong to the users.
12. Changes and Suspension of Service
The Company may change or suspend all or part of the service due to service improvement, security, operational needs, legal requirements, or platform policy changes.
Service use may be temporarily limited due to server failures, network failures, external API failures, force majeure, security incidents, or other unavoidable reasons.
For important changes, the Company may notify users through in-app notices, email, or other appropriate methods.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI analysis results.
Users must use AI results and service information based on their own judgment and responsibility.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company, the Company is not responsible for user choices, actions, damages, or issues caused by third-party service failures.
14. Contact and Changes to Terms
For service use, billing, privacy, account deletion, or other inquiries, contact support@faylum.com.
The Company may change these Terms when necessary, and important changes will be announced through in-app notices or other appropriate methods.
Users who do not agree to the changed Terms may stop using the service and request account deletion.
